Kaspersky Lab’s latest antivirus software an “excellent quality solution”
Kaspersky Anti-Virus 6.0 performed impressively in a group test conducted by the German publication, Computerbild. Kasperksy Lab’s latest version of its antivirus software scored a “good rating”, following in the footsteps of its predecessor, which scored the same rating in a similar review.
Kaspersky Anti-Virus 6.0 demonstrated high-quality detection and treatment of viruses in the group test – almost all known viruses, Trojans and spyware programs were found and neutralized. The product also showed fast scanning speeds: it was able to scan 10 GB of data in 30 minutes, making it 10 minutes faster than the previous version.
In conclusion, Computerbild noted: “Kaspersky Anti-Virus 6.0 detected and deleted practically all the malicious programs in the test group, at the same time achieving fast performance. Overall, the program showed itself to be an excellent quality solution”.
