Kaspersky Lab announces the launch of its new territory office in Lisbon, Portugal
Kaspersky Lab, a leading developer of secure content management solutions, announces the launch of its new territory office in Lisbon, Portugal. The office will oversee company operations in retail and corporate business units to further develop the company operations in the region.
Reporting to Ovanes Mikhailov, Managing Director of Kaspersky Lab Iberia, the team of Portuguese territory office is responsible for the control of the services quality provided by Kaspersky Lab Portugal to its customers and partners and extending its business outreach throughout the Portuguese market. Andreas Lamm, Managing Director of Kaspersky Lab Europe said "In the context of our geographical expansion strategy, it made total sense for us to open this branch in Portugal, a small country but one which has made a major contribution to the solid position we now enjoy in the Iberian region".
Ovanes Mikhailov, Managing Director of Kaspersky Lab Iberia, said that "All markets have their particular characteristics, and although Kaspersky Lab Iberia continues to provide Portugal with all the tools and support needed for clients and partners, it was important to have the backing of a local structure that spoke the same language and truly understood and answered their needs in real time".
